Problem with S&M Season 1 Free disc

Hello, I have e-mailed the support service 2 weeks ago and I never got an answer. Issue number is "'issue-20877'.
I would like to buy the CD of Sam&Max Season 1. I bought season 1 when it was out and it appears that I cannot get the free CD for this season 1. When I enter my season key, it says that my code is invalid. I have never got the Cd in the past so it is supposed to work.

Hey there Winckle. Your support ticket was answered on the same day but it looks like that email never got to you :(

Anyway, I think your problem might be that you were entering your serial number on the disc product page, but it was actually looking for your Telltale store order number. I will send you a PM with the number to use in just a sec!
