Why can't telltale connect with the server in my computer?

Hello I have downloaded Tales of monkey island episode one on talk like a pirate day (When it was free) and i activated it with no problem. I noticed that sometimes when i started TOMI on my computer sometimes i saw that the fourms, comics and blogs were working. a few times i didn't work i got the message unable to access community content but that was okay since i could still play. A few days ago i bought Sam & Max Season 2 on my mom's account and when i went to activate it, it could not activate because of said connection error, i found out in the support page. It did not connect during the entire day and i sent the manual unlock code yesterday at night to your support e-mail. So i was wondering, Is this normal or is it my computer? :confused:

This is not normal. Your manual unlock code is on the way. In the meantime, make sure your IE is updated and turn off any antivirus and/or firewall programs while downloading.
