got a hint to ask doctor about the letter about fixing the pipes. I cant find it, there are some letters on his desk in the boiler room, but none are clickable.

First examine the gas can you will find something that will help you, and then you will get the letter from Brass :)

Not much :) Having same problem. Only clickable point in the boiler room is Caulk on the pipe, but I can't take it. Riley says that we should call gas company first to shut it down.
And only option in the interrogation of Doctor is to ask him of the pipe

You have to find a gas can in the boiler room, then examine the gas can you will get the gas sample, and you have to find a fingerprint on it.

already done that. fingerprint is doctor's, gas matches the one in the generator.

Now you can ask the doctor about that and then you get the document about the pipes at Brass.

i've already done that too, the option to ask about it however, is not there

asked him of the Pipe. Four times. No document. No other options in dialogue.

@Tergos: From that picture of your inventory, it looks like you found a previously unreported bug. The good news is that you should be able to get around it. Go to the morgue and examine Anton's wrist. Process what you find there, and you should be taken to Brass's office and given the building letter.

I'm pretty sure the stain on the wrist is always available once the body is there (er, at least it's supposed to be, and has been every time I've played through). The bug is that you were able to get Manoto into interrogation without having found and processed all three caulk stains (and therefore gotten the building letter).

What the heck am I supposed to do in the bathroom of case 1. Something with the cupid I think, but nothing works when I click on it! The evidence there is all I am missing to move forward. THanks :)

There is blood in the sink, yes, but it's not why you're stuck. Sounds like you need to have a chat with Doc Robbins (or, if Nick won't let you leave the crime scene, talk to Charles Steer, the hotel manager).
