Okay, I did some interweb searching and came up with the following:



In Nintendo Power:
- Guybrush and Elaine are "cemented" as the power couple of the Caribbean. This means Morgan loses or leaves somehow.
- Puzzles using items from past chapters (whether forgotton or annoying) ie: the parrot.
- This is the part that Ron Gilbert helped craft most (YES PLEASE)
- Supposedly really cool.

Okay, also from the fact that we know Guybrush is cured while having the hook, gets his hand back (based on screenshots for Chapter 4) and it was the left hand that he lost, the following image shows him having MAJOR pox issues. Could HE be the Pirate God?

Well, Guybrush could be the pirate god. However, I stick by my thought that it will be LeChuck, but then Guybrush beats him. But, the voodoo gets sucked into someone unexpected, like STAN!

I think that Noogie is the pirate god. Then again I could be wrong.

Couldn't the image refer to chapter 3's scene with Guybrush winning the face-off?

That's....quite interesting. Now I'm really curious. An insult swordfighting match/clone in the final chapter. This game has just been doing unpredictable things all around!

Iagree with the previous poster who said that Guybrush probably is the pirate god, that would be cool.

Really? Wow, I thought the facial expression thing was TTG's version of insult sword-fighting. I'm surprised there's going to be another type of "face-off" in chapter five. Someone said it before, so maybe it's true: Dark Ninja Dave vs. Stan's action-figure Guybrush . Then again, there's also the obvious showdown between Morgan and Elaine, which seems like it would be more "emotional," as Mike put it..

Well his face is poxed so its not chapter 1 and he's holding up his left hand, so its not chapter 3
