I went through the first 2 cases like a charm and now i'm stuck like hell i need to get a warrant for this Jack Shell guy and hints keep pointing me to getting his fingerprint from the crime scene but i've already investigated the whole scene and all i got is a print from a print from a cap of a broken bottle which i cannot link in the database or with some other print.The other hint i got as an email is to get a print of this Jack guy from some door jamb but everytime i click on the door the guy comes out and chases me away :X
P.S. Excuse my poor English haven't been practicing for a while now :)

There should be a fingerprint on the right side wall of the doors :)

CSI-Gamer is correct. To be clear, the fingerprint in question is outside Jack's dressing room, not at the crime scene. You need to resolve the bit with the message Ernie left on his wife's phone, then talk to Jack about what Ernie tells you after that, and you'll see him leave the print.
