Can't install CSI-Hard Evidence

Hi people:
I recently download a CSI-HE update. I can't say for sure why I couldn't open again (several days later) the game. I proceed to uninstalled it to reinstalled it again with no success. Then I look the file in Program Files and deleted the whole file but still remain this patch and couldn't uninstalled it either. And when tried to reinstalled the game it shows this message: "The setup has installs an earlier version of CSI-Hard Evidence (1.00.000). You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version".. Can you help me, please!? Now I can't uninstall it neither reinstall.

I hate to say it, but you may have to contact Ubisoft's support on this one. They are the ones that made that patch, and I'm honestly not sure how they have it set up. Their support page can be found here: http://www.ubi.com/US/Support/Default.aspx

If for some reason they can't help you, let me know and I can make a stab at it, but I'd hate to give you the wrong information.
