My games are gone!

Lately several weird things have happened, and I've sent mails to support@telltalegames.com and received the confirmation mail but never any answer, however those other issues are not as pressing as the latest one; issue-25804.

Suddenly all my games (except Monkey Island) are gone from my account, and some of my orders seem to have been deleted as well (probably why the games are gone), what's going on?

This is strange. I checked your account and I can't find where your games disappeared to. Let me check with the guys this morning and then check your email and you pm's this afternoon.
