CSI Deadly Intent error...PLEASE HELP!!!!!

hello

I'm need of some help. I just bought the new CSI Deadly Intent, it installs ok, then when I go to play the game it goes to a white screen and I get "telltale games has encountered an error and needs to close" How do I fix this ASAP:mad:?

I see. Are your Graphics- and Audio drivers up to date and did you run the DirectX updater (http://www.microsoft.com/DOWNLOADS/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3)?

Please also attach a dxdiag log to give us some detailed information.

Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Then zip the file (http://www.howtozip.com/indexsubmenu.asp?submenu=windows_-_compressed_folder_1) and attach it to a message.
