Problem activating my Sam & Max 1st Season

Hello friends at Telltale,

Good evening! I bought the 1st Season of Sam and Max but couldn't activate it. When I try to register it, the following error appears:

SERVER_ERROR_LICENSE_NOT_FOUND

I have sent you e-mails already, but didn't get any reply. Did you receive my messages? I sent you request codes for all the episodes (except I think the Abe Lincoln one, which didn't need activation).

Can you please help? It's been days already and I can't wait to play!!! :(

Are you still having an issue? I received your ticket, answered with your manual unlock codes, and then received a reply from from you.
