Hi!

The coupon code is full of a joke..I didn't get anything..nothing...i put the code in and nothing happens first when i put it there i wasn't in and then the site asked go in and i did and i got still nothing?!? Thanks for nothing Telltale Games.

Which coupon are you talking about? If it was one given out through the Tales of Monkey Island treasure hunting game it expired late last year. The coupons don't last forever.

What is it a coupon for? What did you try doing, using the code while ordering something?
It might be easier to help you if you're more specific.

Go to store, go to the episode you want to get, add it to the cart as if you're buying it. Then go to your card and copy/paste your code to the empty place at the left of "Apply Coupon" button. After you press Apply Coupon, you can see you'll be charged 0.00$. Proceed to check out, fill in the informations in the form, and the game will be associated with your account.

And please make your questions more spesific. I assume you guys don't know how to use the coupon codes. "I put in nothing happens I put in nothing happens" doesn't ring me anything besides that.

It's exactly that I'm doing but it don's work: the price don't change :(. Maybe my coupon is not valid.

Mine worked just now after several attempts. Are you trying to download a bundle of episodes (the $20-30 packs)? It seems to be good for only one episode (8 dollar-ish value).

What are you trying to put in your cart?

You might actually try a season instead of an episode, and of course, then it wont work.

Hey folks! We're trying to get this sorted out, so sit tight. First off, the coupon is only set to redeem an episode of our game, for an $8.95 value. If you are trying to redeem for an entire season, this code will not work, however feel free to use the free episode to then upgrade to a season at a discounted price!

Secondly, we can only offer PC versions of the game through our own website: other outlets and console sales offer their own promotions and we are unable to give away their product for a modified price. Sorry, but that means getting the games on Xbox, Wii or Steam has to go directly through their stores, and for their set prices.

AFAIK they expired already 9 days ago.
Unless the "free game" coupon had a different expiration date than the "-15%" coupon... (for no good reason?)

Free episode was the 28th iirc, but I still want whatever I was supposed to get!

Yeah, the 15% expired on the 14, but the free episode expires on the 28. At the time I assumed the difference was that preorders would start between these two dates. You can't preorder a single episode, so the coupon would have been worthless for that, so it wasn't a problem that it wouldn't be expired yet.

Hm, I'll be looking into this and possibly extending the deadline for coupons, worst case scenario. Sorry for the fuss!
