Wristband on Backorder?

It's been two weeks since I've ordered a couple of the "Telltale Heart" wristbands and the order status still says "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info." Are they on back order?

Did you order it with the W+G DVD? If so, then it turns out they ship together, so wait until the eighth and it should be shipped for ya!

Sadly, I did not order the W+G DVD. Nothing else was purchased (or donated in this case) besides the wristbands.

I'd give it another week and then be concerned. That status message means exactly what it says, that it's at the warehouse stage and will be shipped ASAP.

I'll take that advice then. I just got a little concerned because in the past stuff I ordered that wasn't on back or preorder always shipped out within a week.

Sorry, while looking into your issue, I was distracted and temporarily forgot about you. Apparently, your order was not communicated to our distribution center and not sent out. I have reshipped your order and you should have your stuff in 3-5 business days.
