issue-26496

Hi,

on 2010-01-30 wrote a support-mail which resulted in issue-26496. But till today I received no answer email.

I also checked the logs of my mail server but found no trace of telltale-mails except the support autoresponder and my Sam & Max season one purchase.

Second problem: my free episode cupon from the TMI purchase doesn't work but should be valid till June according to my forum readings.
