Order shipping problem?

On February 5th, I ordered the Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures Collector's DVD and the Sam & Max Season One Upgrade + Bonus Disc. Apparently, you've started shipping the W&G disc, but my order hasn't been shipped yet. Is it possible that there's a problem with my order or something? The order number is 600047641868717.

They might be shipping in order of purchase as the DVD's become available.
I placed my order on November 4 and it shipped on February 11 (received on February 12).
Just a theory, though.
