Mixnmojo have posted an interview (http://www.mixnmojo.com/features/read.php?article=basoundinterview) with the folks at Bay Area Sound, who are responsible for all the crazy, err, sounds you hear in Telltale's and LucasArts' games. Hell, there's even Sam and Max composer Jared Emerson-Johnson.

(What? Everyone else creates topics for their features or reviews. In my defense, I had nothing to do with the interview.)

That interview's great. I love the work BASD does on our games, and trailers!

Shame the interviewer slipped up and said the Wallace & Gromit music was licensed, but as Jared said in the interview, that means it hit the mark of sounding authentc :)

This is a really great interview. I know I love looking into the behind-the-scenes things that go into actually getting these games made and released.

Definitely. I actually had NO IDEA that Jared had done the soundtrack until someone mentioned it and I double-checked the credits. Huge thumbs-up to Jared on that one, and I really can't wait to hear what he's done for Devil's Playhouse.

Yeah W&G's been the one that impressed me most. But I enjoy the S&M soundtracks the most though because they're a bit more involved and in your face
