I paid but cannot download the game

Hi... i've emailed telltale about this but I didn't get an answer. I've paid 2 days ago for Sam And Max Culture Shock with Paypal and when I went back on the site I couldn't download it.. it asks me to buy it again... but i already paid... what should I do?

I responded to your support email about an hour after you sent it. I guess you didn't get the response? It wasn't bounced back to us. Could you check and see if it got stuck in your spam filter?
