Season Two dvd help

I'm placing an order again and decided to put the season 2 of Sam of Max dvd on my order but I can't get it to enter in as free since I got the episodes separately. I have all the season 2 episodes but there on seperate orders. Is there anyway I can put them together so I can get the dvd?

Did my email get through? I'm still waiting for a reply. I sent an email on the 5th and on the 13th. I'm not in a hurry, but I'm not sure if my emails were recieved.
