Monkey island DVD order (issue-28393)

Hello,

I've sent an email but as I didn't receive an answer I try here like said in the automatic mail I received.

So. I ordered the collector dvd (I pre ordered the game so I had the dvd for free). When I proceeded to check out, everything went smooth, but I didn't receive a confirmation email or whatever.

Is that normal?

ps: I paid with VISA.

All I have in there is the old monkey island order from the 15th june 2009

Have you checked if they discount the amount of the purchase in your Visa account? Probably there's some problems conecting or something like that.

Well, that's a problem, I can't follow online the visa status. There's one with my PC banking but it's never up to date... I have to wait to receive my bill to know if it was really paid.

Oooookkkkkk... I think is better to check out that. If you have nothing about it in your orders probably the order wasn't processed ok. Anyway, I read they have a lot of Tickets from the last week, so they probably will appear to check out yours in any minute. But if it's nothing in your visa, probably the order never happened :S

Yeah, I already told to my bank that this visa online checking sucked. They even told me that they knew it was not properly put up to date but that they won't try to fix it...

I'll wait to see...

Go ahead and send me a ticket through support@telltalegames.com if you haven't already. I don't see an order for your disc. I see the order you placed back in June of 2009 but that's all. We'll try to find it for you.
