Pre-Order Monkey Island Issue

I did not recieve the pre-order game yet. Im from Argentina, and i bought the pre-order and did not recieve it.
Is there a way to know if you already send it? or when are im going to have it?

The game has not started shipping yet.
Even if you have pre-ordered it, you still have to order the DVD (for free) and pay the shipping costs.
