Dear Support, I am ending up having to try and get help by posting in this forum rather than using the standard support mechanism using email as I have so far posted 2 support calls : issue-28805 and issue-28081 referring to exactly the same problem. (All details of order are enclosed at bottom of this note) The reason that I have logged 2 calls is that I have tried creating a support call from 2 different email addresses because I was made aware by Bonnie Sheehan that there was some problem with some emails just ending up in the trash folder..
Hence the TWO support calls - but still no joy from either - hence the forum request ....
All of the information about my problem is contained in these 2 separate support calls - I did actually phone Bonnie Sheehan who mentioned something about "the way that the activation system worked had been changed since the Mac release" because I had no problems at all with my "Tales of Monkey Island" purchase where I just had to enter the one Manual Unlock Code to get access to ALL episodes. This would appear to have changed as I tried the Manual Unlock Procedure for Episode 101 and it worked fine, but it doesn't work for any of the other episodes....
I am getting VERY frustrated with this and am seriously considering asking for a refund, but I DO actually want to play the game, so am persisting one last time !!! The only thing that I can think of is that I must have to do separate manual unlock codes requests for each episode.... So they are included at the bottom of this message. Please use the gboddy2@googlemail.com email address (issue 28805)for any communication as the other one is my work PC (issue 28081). On the work PC, I DID get some followup from Bonnie, but that was all....
Please help. I am asking VERY politely, but am also getting VERY frustrated. it is now over 2 weeks since I bought the game, but am unable to play it - having completed the first episode. I am now enclosing the manual unlock request codes for every episode in the vain hope that we MIGHT make some progress.
