I would like to know if it is possible to change the size of the TOMI T-Shirt in my order ( Order ####) from Men's Large to Men's Medium.

I see that in my order the size of my T-shirt is still Men's Large, so I thought that you are saying that I will not receive a Men's medium T-shirt because my order is ready, and it's not more possible to change the size. Is it right?

I changed the size of the shirt in the order in our system. When it ships, you should receive the correct size (medium).
