Can't upgrade Sam&Max S1 using ordernumber

I ordered S1 of Sam&Max in 2006 and today i tried ordering the deluxe disc edition using my order number to upgrade and get my discount. Sadly when i insert my order number it says "invalid number".

What to do? I'm I too late to use my order number to get my dvd?

If this has been answered earlier i appologize, i couldnt find anything about it.

I'm pretty sure he has the right game, but he means the regular edition (http://www.telltalegames.com/store/samandmax-season1-disc).
As far as his problem is concerned, it's similar to a (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15456) few (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15617) problems (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15718) that other Telltale users are having.
There is no expiration date on DVD upgrades and you should have no problem getting your problem solved.
The best thing you can do is e-mail Telltale's customer service at support@telltalegames.com and be a little patient, as there is a nice backlog of tickets following the release of the TOMI DVD and of Sam & Max Season 3.
Someone (most likely Bonnie) should take care of you soon.
