So you didn't hear back from us? That's kinda weird. Sometimes responses fall through the cracks or get snagged by Spam filters, so we'll make sure you get the support you need.

Post here with your ticket number and we'll take a look at it ASAP.

Didn't get an automatic response? Tell us here and we'll search your username for ticket history.

I sent two followup-requests for my issue to Telltales support by responding to the email from bonnie but never got any responses (no response from bonnie, no automated response; I thought it's because there was already an issue-number in the bottom of the email)

It's about [issue-28372]. I recieved a code for my Strong Bad Season Upgrade + DVD but the code does not work. It does not reduce the price nor does it produce any error message stating that the code is not valid.
I am not going to post the code here but will send it via PM to a mod by request of course.

Hey der_ketzer, sorry you didn't get a response to your follow-ups. I did a little bit of digging, and it looks like you probably don't need a special code for Strong Bad at all. One of your episodes was flagged incorrectly in our system (preventing you from upgrading correctly), but I fixed the issue.

Check out this page again: http://www.telltalegames.com/store/sbcg4ap-disc, and the price should reflect that you qualify for the free disc.

Hiya gang, I sent in a support request on March 26. Here's the gist of it again:

I have a coupon code from pre-ordering Monkey
Island. (I think I have another one floating around from one of my
other S&M season orders too...) Anyway, that coupon code was good for
either one free episode, or to quote the email from y'all: "We're
writing because it looks like you received a coupon code for a free
episode during the pre-order special for Tales of Monkey Island, but
you haven't used it yet! Well, we're sweetening this offer by giving
you the option to get any full season for just $19.95, too! That's $15
off the normal season price!"

I was about to order the new season of S&M, but the above code doesn't
seem to work. Is the new season not eligible for this coupon? I
haven't been able to use the code because I think I've already
purchased every other game you've made that I wanted...so the free
game codes seem to go to waste. :)

When you get a chance, can you tell me if this code can be
re-activated somehow, or if the new S&M pre-order isn't eligible?

And yeah, it's only valid for seasons older than ToMI, so not S&M3.

I am still trying to Support to reply to me. It has been a week and 3 e-mails, with no help/response, except for nikasaur giving me the private forum access.

I finally received the order confirmation.

Unfortunately there was no info on how to access the secret forum, which is OK because nikasaur gave me access already.

But there is also no code for the free game.

Also now on my game page, S&M S3 shows up at the bottom in the invoice section, but the 5 episodes are no longer anywhere to be found on the page. There were there Thursday, April 15, as I used that link to download the game.

We are getting close now. 2 of the 3 issues have been resolved.

BUT, this has still not been addressed:

Actually, I think there was (or maybe still is) some sort of problem with your mail-outs. I have never received a direct response to support mails (just the automatic ticket reply), all my issues had to go through to the excellent bonnie (you rock! ;) ) here in the forums, and no; they were not eaten by a spam-filter at my end.

I suggest you check if there could be anything wrong in your SMTP setup that would cause these apparent freak occurrences of trans-dimensional mail delivery.

Got an email 6 days ago saying "Your order was accidentally overlooked. The distribution center has been beaten severely and has shipped out your case file in another order. You should have it soon." but I've still not received my item and the item status still says "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."
Just wondering what is going on.

I send an e-mail to support two times now, but I didn't get an automatic response or any other kind of response to either of them. I have sent several e-mails to support in the past and I never had any trouble with sending or receiving e-mail from you guys. There's nothing in my spam-filter either.

For the record, my last e-mail was sent on May 12, and that was a copy of the e-mail I sent on May 8. The dates may vary a bit for you because I'm on the other side of the ocean.

I'm waiting since last Sunday (May 9th 2010) for you to help me with my question I've posted. I did receive the email that my support issue had been received (hence the issue number). However up till now I did now receive any answer at all! There is no mail in my spam box. Can someone please help me????

My problem is about Secrets of Monkey Island. I've double checked but I seem to have all system requirements (also played MI5 (or TOMI - all chapters on this computer and I had no problem with that at all).

When I double click on my MI I get a white window and then it gives me the following message: Monkey island 1 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

HELP !!!!

Issue - 31963

I pre-ordered Puzzle Agent and I messed up and didn't realize that I had to add other games to get the 50% off at that time. This is the only reason I pre-ordered the game, or I would have just waited awhile.

The text about the 50% off is confusing because it says you'll receive a coupon, and I thought I'd get one after I made my order or something.

Is there anyway I can either still receive the 50% off or cancel my order and re order? I see the offer has been extended, can you guys work with me here?

Hey!

Sorry, but I'm getting really disappointed right now. I wrote two support mails to you, guys!

I paid my (second - for a gift [issue #1]) ToMI by credit card on 26.05.10. The money is booked off from the bank account. So the money should be there! I wanted to give away the game as a gift, but in the order process I didn't get any option to do so. Of course I checked the checkbox (the gift-option).
First I had two keys per episode in my game list. But now, there is only one key left. where are the others? Is my purchased game now - lost - or something like that? I mean I wrote to you again on 09.06.10 (issue-32031) but I didn't receive anything back from your side.

What is going on now? What am I supposed to do? As I wrote in the board and in the support mail, the game was planned to become a birthday present :mad: In the end of May!

Don't get me wrong! I love your games. So I want to support you in all the way I can. Ordering the games, ordering tons of merch etc. But, in this case im feeling really beeing taken in by you. And this makes my kind of disappointed and angry. I don't see another choice that writing this here, cause you seem like not replying to emails right now. Perhaps you are reading this here in the forum.

Koomazaz, if you want a previous order cancelled so that you can get things for cheaper, you can just order what you want now and you can still cancel your previous order. :)

I'm telling you this because support is swamped and I don't think you will get an answer in time, unfortunately.

If it's not there, then there was a bug. Or maybe you didn't really check the gift checkbox, but you said you did so I'll take your word for it.

No, there is really nothing on any Telltale page, what tells me about a gift. And I'm 1000% sure, that I checked the gift box.

I recieved an email with a complete season key for ToMI. Is there a possibility, that my friend can create an account an activate the key inside his account? Thats the only resolution, I can see right now.

I agree that I should have checked my order better before clicking confirm, but it would have been nice if they had the decency to reply. Paying $15 shipping, with an exchange rate of 1 to 10, it's very expensive! Oh well, I'll be the only kid on the block then!

The order has now been shipped to an address which has been empty for almost a month.

I have tried three times over the past three months to email Telltale about changing the delivery address, each time I have received an auto-responce with a reference number (issue-31591, issue-33041, issue-33503) stating that I will receive a reply soon.

So far I have not received any replies from Telltale support, neither has my spam filter picked up any email replies.

Please can I have a guarantee that I will receive my items?
Is it too late to have the delivery address changed, can the courier still be informed?

If my item is returned as undeliverable, will it be resent to my new address free of charge given that Telltale have failed in their promise to respond to my efforts to inform them of my address change?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Ok this is getting beyond a joke now.....for an establishment to have mainstream licenses but not be able to support the customer base is appauling.

Sorry, but I just get a little bit impatient. I got an answer to issue-34454 indeed, but it just solved the smaller of my two problems. Then ajohnson took care of the bigger problem but he was not able to solve it either. His last statement "I assure you, we will get you taken care of." was sent one week ago. Afterwards he stopped answering me, although I wrote several small reminders to him and Bonnie. If my problem is so difficult to solve (what I do not really believe), I would be happy about hearing at least something like "We need some days."

If you've had the issue for nearly a year when the DVD has only been available for pre-order for less than 6 months, you probably only bought the downloads and not the physical copies.
Does your invoice mention a DVD (or maybe say standard edition or Deluxe Edition) or does it just say "Tales of Monkey Island"?
Do you have two sets of serial numbers for the episodes on your My Telltale (http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases) page?
If so, the issue is different and you should write to support again to get a new ticket number.
Additionally, you can post your ticket number in this thread (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15945), which Telltale monitors more closely than others.

I preordered the game last year and paid for two copies of the dvd to be sent out at a total of $69.90, dated 20/6/2009. The invoice states that I bought two copies.

Two confirmations came through following this invoice. The first was sent on the 13/03/2010 to inform me a payment for TOMI had been taken of a further $16.90 (postage costs?) and stating it was for two copies of the game. The second was sent, 07/06/2010, confirming my order had been shipped.

Throughout, I made allowances for delays and waited patiently. I ordered two dvd copies to be sent, the orders state payment is for two copies and I have two serial numbers for the order. I received only one dvd and have not even taken the wrapping off that game because the order was wrong.

issue-35048: I have a question about the "Sam & Max The Devil's Playhouse" $20 gift cards sold at PAX this weekend. The $20 cards simply overwrite the current $15 dollar discount instead of paying for the current $19.95 price. If they weren't meant to stack with the discount, why were they seemingly being sold at Telltale's booth as such? I wouldn't have bought it if I was essentially only going to save $5 additional dollars.

i had 2 days off and bought Sam and Max about 24 hours ago. I could not unlock my game and sent in an email with no follow up reply except for a ticket (issue 35271)

Come on guys....shouldnt there be a department on standby to handle this as its quite a priority issue/first line of customer support. Purchasing something which cant be used should be number 1 to be resolved. Seeing all these others folks with non replies for months just scares me!

Strange thing is, i bought all 3 seasons of Sam and Max and i could unlock episode 2 and 3 etc...as well as the Wallance and Gromit season which i bought together with it. Looks like for me its just an issue with Episode 1 of Season 1 Sam and Max thus im pretty sure its nothing to do with my connection at my end and more of a bug with episode 1.

Sadly being episode 1 denies me the chance to play the other episodes i unlocked. 2 days off burnt i guess. And I thought buying the game this late since its release would rarely see such a bug like an activation bug.

I am trying to use a $20 Telltale gift card from PAX to purchase Sam and Max season 3. When I put the item into the cart, it comes up with a price of $19.95 ($34.95 with a $15 discount applied.) If I then attempt to enter the code off the gift card, it removes the built-in $15 discount and applies the $20 gift card code in its place to the original $34.95 price, showing that I still owe $15. Is there something else I need to do to order this?

I think that the 20$ Gift are not cumulative with other offers, in this case the 15$ Discount. All the offers in all shops (expecially not-online shops) works in this matter.

I bought the full TOMI season some time ago and was planning on getting the Deluxe DVD later, but then it disappeared from the shop. So I ordered the standard DVD instead, along with some other stuff (order Id 600072191793648).
But now that the Deluxe edition is back I want that one instead! And since the above mentioned order has not shipped yet, I sent an e-mail on 1st September (issue-34845) to support, asking if the order could be changed.
18th September I sent another one (issue-35596). Still no answer to any of them.
Now I am a bit worried that the order will ship with the standard DVD, and that I will have to buy the whole season again to get the Deluxe DVD.

I bought a series that I was going to give as a gift to my brother (I already bought the entire series myself) but when I was checking out I didn't see any box for marking it as a gift. I didn't realize it just gets attached to your account and now I have double of all my games and no way to give it to my brother. Is there a way to fix this. I don't need two copies of everything this was supposed to be a birthday gift.

I was under the impression that this would function as a gift card (since I actually paid $20 for the code) rather than a coupon, which apparently isn't the case. As is, it basically makes the whole thing useless, since I could have just paid $20 in the first place and gotten the games without the hassle.

Still haven't received a response on this issue, by the way.

It first showed up as English for me, but I found out that I could switch to German here:

without having to do anything but change the value in the drop down menu. It doesn't seem to want to let me switch back to English though, so maybe you have to register to be able to do that.

Hi thanks for the quick reply. I do check my spam regularly, but it is of course entirely possible that I missed something. It do have @telltalegames.com marked as safe though, and get all the order-confirmations and newsletters and stuff without problems.

Maybe a quirk in the spam-filter algorithms somewhere? I'll pay close attention to the spam folder in the coming few days to make sure I don't miss it again (it isn't in there yet though, but maybe now I'm just too impatient).

Hello I have a problem I have opened a ticket 37296 because I have ordered the sam and max collection and want the bonus dvds.
The dvds were put in my cart but then I have removed one by mistake, so I have replyed and have become another ticket number 37317.
So here another problem after this I have see the removed s&m 3 bonus dvd in my cart but not the dvds from season 1 & 2.
Replyed again ticket number 37321, but after this I become no reaction from the support no items in my cart, no answer.
After I have become no answers or reactions I have replyed again ticket 37425, but still nothing.
After this I have buyed a another game from telltale SBCG4AP because the meet the players sale have ended at the 01.November. I have put the SBCG4AP dvd in my cart but removed later because the cart would be deleted when the S&M dvds are put in.
I have already write Amy Lukima two pns but become no answer jet.
I hope you can help me soon because I want to buy Merchandise and buy Poker Night at the Inventory to become discount and I only want to pay once shipping.

I keep sending the email, i didn't get a confirmation reply for the email on the 3rd or the ones earlier today. I don't really understand what to do. I did get a confirmation for one i sent on the 2nd but i had sent the wrong name as i needed the code for chapter 2 not chapter 1 - and so nobody replied.
On the 3rd i got a Delivery Status Notification for one of my emails, but i sent another which seemed to go through.
I'm sending these emails to support@telltalegames.com i checked to make sure i was using the right email... so i think i am.
