i did preorder TOMI but i didnt get the discound

hey i ordered the ToMI trasure chest and the tarot-cards but didnt get the discount i shut have got because i preordered ToMI...
i already wrote a email to the support team but never got a respose(allready waited 3 or 4)

can someone help me?

If you already ordered you must ask for a refund.
If you did not order until now then you will get the discounted Treasurechest here:

but not on the peage of the Deluxe Edition.
