Sam and Max Season 3, Steam, and DRM?

Does anyone know what DRM Season 3 of Sam and Max will be using? Will the DRM be any different on Steam, compared to the direct-from-Telltale version?

I remember previous versions of Sam and Max from Telltale used SecuROM.

I also remember previous incidents on Steam where no DRM was listed on the store page, but the software still downloaded DRM to my computer.

Just trying to keep myself informed, not start an opinion war - I just don't know where else to find this information, and I've not had a whole lot of luck tracking it down. Any help / official word would be appreciated!

I think this was covered in another Steam / Season 3 thread.

The conclusion being that SecuRom was not included on the new season from Steam.

The SM301 DRM is a really minimal version of SecuROM for PC on our website. Steam just has their own personal DRM, so there's no extra DRM included in that.

The Mac DRM is homebrew, but more or less works like SecuROM.
