I dunno what to do with the paddleball, and I don't know how to get rid of the guard, any help would be appreciated

Have you tried teleporting in? Probably.

Have you noticed that the gorrilla teleports WITH Max?

Remember, Sam HAS the phone. Sam can still have the phone even when Max is teleporting to him...
