Getting the Beacon

Okay. I've found the beacon on Stinky, but can't seem to get it off of him. I know it involves teleporting, but can't figure out what to do. Does anybody know?

Try going to see where the mole men are off to on the General's ship.

Try using the Future Vision on Grandpa Stinky.

In case that doesn't help:
Have you tried to go inside the Mole Processing room?
Did you notice what happens to Sam's inventory whenever you go in the mole processing room?
Including Girl Stinky's cell phone?
