How do I get into Mama Bosco's?

I think I'm supposed to drop something from the roof onto the security guard out front, but the air-conditioner isn't moving in any way, and I've now gone through every environment I have available to me, and tried every inventory item with every key spot, so it's time to give up, unless someone can nudge me in the right direction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're on the right track! Increasing in spoilery-ness:

1. Have you checked out the pole the banner hangs from?
2. Tried walking out onto the pole from the roof?
3. Scared the pigeon? Notice where the shiny thing fell... now what can you get that's MUCH heavier?
4. Have you seen what's happening to Max?
5. The gorilla inside Momma Bosco's is pretty heavy.
6. And that gorilla is choking Max... that means he's touching Max...
7. ... and that means he'll go with Max wherever he teleports.
8. Have Max teleport to Stinky's cell phone while Sam is standing on the banner pole on the roof.
