corrupt installer problems

During installation I continue to get an error message of "corrupt installer"
I have tried downloading the installer 3 times and continue to get the same error message.
When I look at error details the install gets to file 28167736.vox each time before crashing.

What game are you trying to install? And what link are you downloading it from?

In general, if you download a file and it's corrupt, you should delete the file before trying to download it again. If it's still hanging around in your computer's temporary folders that could be preventing you from getting a clean download.

The game I am trying to install is Sam and Max.
I have tried deleting all the temporary files and downloading again but every time I get an error message saying corrupt installer and the file it stops on is 28516736.vox

Where are you downloading it from?

Try deleting the temp files again and downloading from this link (http://files.telltalegames.com/games/Sam_And_Max_Culture_Shock_Demo_Setup.exe).
