View Full Version : Sam&Max Season1 DVD - code not accepted

In the shop I have a problem with ordering the Sam & Max bonus disc.
I have all the season 1 episodes, so that qualifies me to get the disc for free (plus shipping costs) right?
In the field where I have to enter one of my episode keys to get a discounted price, I always get the message that my key is an invalid number.
It's no typo of mine. Any ideas?

It's a problem that has been happening a few times lately for several people with various seasons of Telltale games.
Telltale will take care of this and might do it faster if you e-mail them at support@telltalegames.com.

Yeah, people who bought the episodes individually for Sam & Max Season 1 and 2 will need to contact support to get their free disc, for the time being. Sorry for the confusion!
