Paid for S&M can't download

I paid for Sam and Max and got to the downnoad page. A blue box comes up asking to confirm downlaod location but when I do confirm nothing happens no download. begins. As you can see by this there is nothing wrong with my connection.

please help.

After it downloads, you can activate it by clicking "I've already purchased this" and entering your order number and the password you created during checkout.
