Any Deal Difference?

I'm wanting to buy Puzzle Agent, upgrade from episodes 1 and 2 of ToMI, and get Sam and Max Season 3. This comes out to $40.05.

Now my question is there any reason to buy it on Telltales site opposed to Steam which seems to have a ToMI+Sam and Max Season 3 Bundle for $30. I would like Puzzle Agent as well considering it sounds like Professor Layton but is there any upside to buying it on Telltale such as coupons or more exclusive deals for me in the future?

The DVD for the cost of shipping is only available when you buy direct from Telltale... the DVDs are full of great extras... Puzzle agent doesn't seem to be getting a disc but the other things you mentioned do and are.
