Shipping: Will released & upcoming DVDs be combined?

Hi,

I'd like to order the S&M Season 2 DVD and the ToMI DVD that's supposed to be released some time soon (?). Since I live in Germany, I'd only like to pay once for shipping - will the S&M DVD be withheld and then sent together with the ToMI DVD?

Yes, it will.
Anytime an item is not in stock (backordered, not released yet,...), it holds up the whole order until everything is ready to ship.
With TOMI hopefully shipping before the end of this month, you shouldn't have to wait for very long.
