Must slice bust in half.

Im in reel 2 and I know I must slice the doll in half. I thought I would just throw it into the left doorway of death and have it sliced, but that didnt work. Is my game glitched, or have I missed something(i have the puppet and the sexo rejecto curse)

EDIT: I also have to advice you that you should change the name of the thread because it's not that obvious that to complete that puzzle, you should slice the bust in half. Once you figure that out it becomes much easier to solve the whole puzzle, therefore I think it counts as a spoiler for people who haven't gone that far yet.

It is not a bug, it is a puzzle.

Sameth is quite lucky, never getting killed by the blades.
Naturally this extends to throwing the bust.
So if Sameth was unlucky, the bust would be cut.
As luck has it, there is someone who can adjust this.
And with adjust, I mean curse.
The one cursing is the grandpa mole.
But he likes you too much.
So you naturally have to make him stop liking you.
You can tell him that you are from a variety of places.
You just need to figure out where you should be coming from.
And I forgot the rest of the puzzle.

Given that the bust is half gold half silver and is found between 2 recesses 1 vaguely tinted goldish and 1 vaguely tinted silverish tht perfectly match the shape of the bust.

I'd say u'd be pretty stupid to not realise almost instantly this bust needs to be cut in half

That is a little rude. Not everyone would figure that out, they may have thought that you had to create a fake version(that has happened before) I just learned that I had to cut it because I accedently read it on these forums.

The amazing thing with these puzzle adventure games is that a puzzle can be perfectly obvious to one person but will completely get a different person stuck, and it can happen the other way around, in the same game. Emo Hoe, I'll bet you got stuck on some part of the game while some other person solved it instantly, and that person may or may not have solved this one just as easily as well.
