i can't get the nine lives trophy ,

i can only find 7 places where sam or max can get killed.
1.at the beginning of reel 2,wait for the conductor to throw sam and max off the train..
2.in the tomb,pick up thetoybox before breaking the protection spell..
3.enter the burial chamber before the grandpa catches baby amelia.
4.walk through the doors of life and death while you're cursed.
5.in the mole girls room,let the snake eat you.
6.at the beginning of reel 3,get shot by kringle.
7.in reel 4,say ''inkay otterway onay''(or whatever it is monsieur paperwaite wants you to say).
does anybody know the other places where sam and max can get killed?

In Reel 4 take too long for say the words and there's another way to die (There's a list in the Forum, in the "Did you try?" list)
