I've heard from quite a few of you wondering how one gets their season discs with the purchase of this S&M bundle.

To answer the first question of, "are we eligible for the end of season collectible discs if we buy the S&M bundle?" Yes!

Unfortunately, our systems have a hard time recognizing the purchase of a season with bundle purchases like this S&M one. Here's what we can do. I can put season one and two in your cart now and you can complete the order for the cost of shipping and come back to me (several months from now) when season three is available for preorder. I'll have to put season three in your cart for you so don't forget to come back. Or you can wait until season three is complete and the disc available to preorder, and request all three discs at once to save on shipping. Either way, I will need to put the discs in your shopping cart each time.

btw- I'm unable to add discs to existing orders. Sorry.

Please send me your S&M bundle order number with your request for your collector discs to support@telltalegames.com

Oh, I was under the impression that eventually you'd fix the store page, and it will recognise. Either way I was going to wait and get them all at once. (besides, I didn't get the pack yet!)

Kind of weird that you can't fix it to work as intended...

I order the bundle, then I said you an email with my order number, and you will then charge me for the shipping and send me the DVD's?

I think the Bundle has its own Order number since it only counts as one purchase.
Doing it the way you said involves using your season 1 order number to get the season 1 DVD, so If you buy the bundle you wont have a season 1 order number.

All they have to do is make it also accept an order which includes the bundle. It's that simple.

Not only that but after buying the bundle it cancles out all S&M orders. I bought Sam and Max Season 2 before I bought the bundle and both order #'s didn't work. I had to have them manually enter the items in my cart.

Go to the Store (http://www.telltalegames.com/store/). Put whatever you'd like to buy in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter a shipping address and the next screen (where you have to enter the payment method) will have the shipping costs.

How much was it..the store won't show me the cost of Shipping and Handling and i need to know it...im coming from steam and i like to have back-up discs when ever i get games that aren't from there.

But the next button is Submit Order...and the cost stays the same at $19.95.

..I have everything entered including credit card number.

It should be showing at checkout in the same screen as you input your credit card info if it's something physical.

What you have in your cart is most likely just the downloadable versions. To know how much shipping would be for the DVD's, put the three DVD's in your cart and proceed to the final screen before confirming the order; you will then see the shipping costs to wherever you live.
For example, to Northern California (where I live), first class mail for all three discs is $5.64, Priority Mail is $7.50, FedEx 3 Day Saver is $9.54, FedEx Ground is $9.68 and FedEx 2 Day is $10.53.

Yeah adding the individual dvds added the shipping costs..it is only $5.79 for all 3...So i buy the Package for $15.95...then after that it will say the dvds are free and i only have to pay shipping?

You might have to contact Telltale support (as per the first post (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=314417&postcount=1) of this thread), but yes, once you've bought the package, you'll only have to pay shipping to get the DVD's!

What do you mean you didn't get a reply? You responded to me asking for more free stuff. Please do not abuse these forums as they are for people who have genuine issues. Unless you had a second issue you failed to mention this has been solved.

I don't wish to be rude, but whatever happened to the S&M S3 disks shipping in October ?

I've got an order [Removed Order ID] containing the S3 disk and the Symbiotes figures which I was hoping to give as an Xmas present but the delays to this order caused by the S3 disk is making me think it won't be getting to the UK in time :(

I just noticed at least one other person having the same problem.
In all honesty I don't recall myself removing the items and I don't know why I would wanted to either.

There is not something like a cart reset after a couple of days? It would seem logical with coupons expiring and to prevent people from buying games for a different price then they expect.

Amy very kindly sorted me out by putting DVD's into my Cart unfortunately Sam and Max Season 2 isn't in there and wallace and grommit is in it's place. I have pm'd Amy but not heard anything could someone please sort the cart out for me as I want to make sure I order these before the Back to the future weekly offer finishes.

Hi Amy, or whoever is in charge of this. I was wondering if you guys could add the DVDs for the S&M Complete Collection to my cart, I had already asked for this once to get them when Monkey Island was on sale, but I couldn't buy that after all and the DVDs simply disappeared from my cart. The order was [Removed Order ID]. I was also really hoping that this could be done before Sunday so that I can use it with the Poker Night pre-order bonus and the BTTF Insider code for this week to get the animated series and comic too.

Also, I was wondering if I could order 2 of the season 3 DVDs since I pretty much bought it twice, once by itself and then in the complete collection. It could make a nice gift to introduce other people to the series or even just for collection.

*sigh* I'm here. Again. Needing the 3 Sam and Max DVDs to be added to my cart. Again. Because they disappeared. Again. If I leave them there untouched for a while how long should they stay there? I'm waiting until the S3 DVD starts shipping to see if there are any other interesting sales meanwhile and order everything together.

@SunnyGuy: Just hold off on asking for them to be put into your cart until the Season 3 disc ships. Otherwise you'll likely have to get them re-added again since the cart can be a little weird sometimes.

The problem with that is that what if a sale I HAVE to buy happens before then and I miss it? I could ask then to have them added, but it's not certain that they'll get added in time. Worse case scenario the S3 DVDs don't ship until after Christmas for god knows what reason (lets hope not though) and I missed the free shipping.

It's quite an annoying dilemma and I'm sure it's annoying for you guys too to be asked to do the same thing repeatedly by the same person ^_^;

So I got the three S&M DVDs added to my cart, and when I go to checkout I notice I can select free shipping although I have not bought for $50 or more.
That seemed a little strange, but I tried it anyway. However, I still got redirected to PayPal which wouldn't let me make a payment of $0.00, so I tried to return to checkout but now the DVDs where gone...

So are you supposed to get free shipping even if you haven't ordered for $50 or more, or is it an error in the system? And if so, what happens when I place an order below $50 and select free shipping? Will the order still ship? Are you going to bill me afterwards for the shipping?

Anyway, I need you to re-add the S&M DVDs to my cart.

Why don't you just make another shop page of Sam & Max: The Complete Collection DVD edition? Then you could have a page made for all the people who bought the collection where you can tick off which of the 3 DVDs you want! Then you can avoid a whole load of people asking you the same question!

I have a slightly different fix. I bought all season 2 episodes separately, so I can't get the disc for free. Would it be possible to get the season 2 disc added to my cart? Pretty please? :(

Is there any sort of cut-off time before ordering the disks?

For instance, can I wait until BTTF is fully out, then order my S&M & SBCGFAP disks when the BTTF one is ready? (I ordered the games on the 4th and 8th of this month)

There hasn't been in the past, so there shouldn't be (unless we're talking limited edition like the TOMI Deluxe Edition once was and probably once more will be in the future).
If you ever have any problem ordering the free DVD of a season you already purchased, you can always e-mail support at support@telltalegames.com and they will take care of you.

When I go to the Monkey Island page, the screen SAYS 'Place order for collector's DVD you only pay for shipping' but I can't work out how you actually DO it.

Use your order number in the coupon code area. If that doesn't work send an email to support@telltalegames.com

Hi,

I'd like some clarification and help with today's sale, please.
Does every game in the bundle come as a separate download?
Would I be eligible for the DVDs at only shipping costs? If yes, do I add them into this order or do I have to place this order first and claim them later?

I also noticed a strange thing. At the first page in my cart, it tells me to get something of $0.05 to get free shipping. It seems to do the calculation based on the original cost of the bundle ($49.95) and not on today's sale ($19.95).
Is this correct?

Sorry if this stuff has been asked before, but reading through the threads here, I got more confused.

Hi DinoBirdy.

I'll help clarify the offer with what I know.

1) AFAIK, every episode comes up as a separate download (no Great Adventure Bundle-type launcher from which to download the games here) with its own launcher.

2) You will be eligible for the end-of-season DVD's (as stated in the terms of sale on this page (http://www.telltalegames.com/30daysoftelltale#)). You will probably have to follow these instructions (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=314417&postcount=1), though.

3) You will most likely have to place a separate order for the DVD's as the ordering system will not recognize you as owning the downloadable versions until that order is processed. I will refer you to this post (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=314417&postcount=1) one more time.
Note about this post (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=314417&postcount=1): the Season 3 DVD of Sam & Max is now available and can be added to your cart by Amy at the same time as the other two.

As for your last question, I will say that I honestly don't know.
Since you will not have anything "shippable" at the time of the bundle order, it will not make a difference, but if you need to buy something else (a physical item that is not the Sam & Max DVD's, since as stated above, you will have to place a separate order to get those for free), you can always try to add it to the order and see if you get charged shipping before completing checkout.

Telltale replied with a Coupen code to get the DVD's for free. But, that Coupon code did not work in my case. Emailed them back. Same issue-41310 number as before.

Will edit if system automatically sends me new issue number.

Edit2: the Second Coupon code telltale gave me worked ok :)

and yes one thing backordered for me too. Well yeah, important thing is that order will be processed.

I used Coupon code inside shopping chart yes of course.

Anyway, you used the coupon code in your shopping cart rather than in a page for an individual DVD, right?

One or more items are backordered. Your order will ship when all items are in stock.

I found all DVDs in the STORE page (season 3 DVD could be tricky to find at the Devil's Playhouse own page :)). After collecting each individual DVD in the cart I used the coupon there. It also showed no shipping costs with FedEx free shipping (I live in the Netherlands). However, like with you guys... it's backordered (season 1).

For the earlier season's discs, you may need to go to your purchases page (http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases), scroll to the bottom, and find your old order numbers from when you bought the games, or the Store will have trouble giving you a discount.

Many thanks for sending me the code Amy! I have one question though, since I've ordered the DVD's there's a new serial code under each S&M episode so it's like I've bought each episode twice.

Would I actually be able to use these new codes to say, gift a friend a copy of the seasons or is it just a glitch in the cart.

If not, then no worries I just wanted to check it out before i mentioned it to someone.

I had written a request for add DVD's to my cart, but nobody answered me.

I also purchased the Sam & Max bundle & would like to get the DVDs. The auto-response email code was 'issue-42517'. Thanks.
