Could not download Sam&Max Episode 1

Hello,

I bought the season 1 bundle today an tried to download episode #1. That seemed to work but when I wanted to finish the installing process I got an error message (Decomprimising error) and so the game was not installed on my PC. I had to restart it and now I would like to know, how I can download the game again, for it is definitely not on my PC.

First do a search on your computer for any Culture Shock files that may be lingering in a temp folder. Temp files that are left behind can affect a future download, so you want to delete these first. Then try downloading again from this link:

http://files.telltalegames.com/games/Sam_And_Max_Culture_Shock_Demo_Setup.exe

To activate the game, you'll need to click "I've already purchased this" on the first game screen and enter your order number and password. I can look up this information for you if you don't have it.
