No serial numbers on E-mail purchase confirmation.

Hello,

I live in Lakewood, California.

I ordered 3 items from the store in May 26, a week ago, and I got an e-mail confirmation at the time of purchase. I still have the "Order submitted to the warehouse, it will ship soon come back for shipping info". I would like to know if it is normal for the e-mail confirmation to have no serial numbers of two items:
-The collected Sam& Max: Surfin' the Highway (Paperback)
-Sam & Max Season Two Case File

I would also like to know why is it taking so long to ship my purchases.

It's perfectly normal. Only downloadable games have serial numbers.
As far as the "delayed" shipping, keep in mind that Monday was a holiday, so it's only really been 4 business days (and today's not over yet).
