That would be when you read a letter in Reel 3. Confusing, I know.

The letter is given to Jurgen by Nefretitti. Open the steamer trunk in the mole people's compartment by using the ventriloquist dummy on it. Then proceed to leave the compartment. You notice that Nefretitti is talking? She won't leave with someone out there. You must hide. In the can o' nuts. She gives the letter to Jurgen, and you must find a way to get him out of his room for at least a little bit, so you can pick up the letter. She seems tongue-tied. If only you could put the words into her mouth. I will let you see if you can figure it out from there, as I have to go eat.

EDIT: I just replayed that part for other purposes (which, incidentally, I messed up in), and I have to make a correction. When you leave the compartment of the mole people, you must leave the car and come back. And you may or may not need to uncover the sarcophagus in Sameth and Maximus's car.

You just need to read the letter while is in the inventory. The rest is just for solve the Jurgen puzzle of Reel 3 =P

The problem is that you can't get the letter without solving some of the Jurgen puzzle. Plus, it automatically gives you the proper information when you pick up the letter.

Yes, some, but you don't need to drag him to the sarcofagus for stole the letter.
