Activation Support for Sam and Max episode 1

Hi there,

Recently I've downloaded Sam and Max episode 1 from your website.

What happened was that the password and the number requested doesn't match with the ones provided by telltale via e-mail and I'm not able to start the full ver of the game only the demo. (but it has been paid)

After 2 e-mail contacts no one was able to answer me.

I'm looking forward to an answer.
