Mouse freeze in the game

After the game started the mouse freeze and I have no options to start a game
or to load one.I installed the patch 1.1 (the problem occurs in case 5) and my computer configurations are:


Intel(R) 4 CPU 3.00 GHz
512 MB of RAM
Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005 Service Pack 2

What kind of video card do you have?

This is only a problem in case 5? I think I remember a situation like this before, where a freeze on the menu screen corrupted the saved game and prevented the player from continuing. Let me check in with the CSI team.

I have a 9600 series ATI video card, and one more thing the problem first occurs when I manually restarted the computer.Can you tell me what what do you mean with "Let me check in with the CSI team"?

I have the same problem. I am running vista the first time i played csi it was good, the next time i tried to play i can't see no mouse to start the game. pls help

vista is the debil... all yee who upgraded early MUAHAHAH. This is why I tri boot :P vista/xp/98se using acronis bootloader
