... do products usually take to ship?

It varies greatly.

I'd say, if you don't get it after two months, then something went wrong.

Nah, I've only ordered it on the 10th, it's just that Amazon for example ships things very quickly, 2,3,4 week days normally, so I was used to that.

It all depends on what you ordered.
Some of the items are still not ready to ship, others are backordered,...
If all your items are in stock at the time of ordering, odds are it will ship within two or three days of the order.

And you also have to remember that while shipping stuff is primarily what Amazon do, it's only secondary to Telltale, being more of a digital retailer, so when they have to handle large volumes of orders, like with the current shipping of Tales of Monkey Island, you have to expect it to take a lot longer than it usually does.
