S&M303 Freeze: Act 2 *Beginning of Act 2 Spoilers?*

Hey there,

I bought Season 3 on Steam and encounter a frozen program at the beginning of Act 2 whenever I try to enter the planetarium in the museum. Sam goes through the door, the door closes behind him, and the screen stays frozen there. When looking at the task manager, I find that the program is no longer responding. I've waited about 2-3 minutes to see if the next scene would ever load, but no dice. I'm currently reinstalling in on Steam now to see if that does the trick.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, I fixed it. Here's the details:

At first glance, it may appear that simply deleting the local content and reinstalling the game through Steam fixes the problem and allows the next scene/zone to load. However, this time around on the load, I didn't go up to the puddle of goo that forces Sam to remark on how Max's brain may still be alive. It could be one or the other that made it so I could load the next scene, but I'm leaning more on the side that a clean reinstall fixed the problem.
