I have the 2 accessory things. The heretic one and the one from Frankie. I just can't figure out how to find a damn aglet to give to the Sammunmak.

If not, here's the solution:

Go to Frankie and the other rats. There is a picture of a toaster on the Radio Yurt. Copy the toaster onto the rhinoplasty, and go to the museum. First you need to have Max attack the Corndog pyramid as a toaster. Once that is done go to the planetarium controls and select the toaster, Sammun-Mak will now love toasters. However he's already had all the others destroyed, so you can now give Toaster-Max as a gift.
