View Full Version : Purchased EP2, but no email received yet

I did purchase S&M EP2 successfully via paypal payment. The page stated, that I should receive an Email with further instructions. I did not receive that email yet. How long will this take? S&M finally is one game worth buying and not pirate copying, and now it is so hard to buy it actually. :mad:

check your spam inbox.
i have gmail and strangely my mail got filtered into spam aswell
also yahoo is supposed to filter it for some strange reasons...

I checked my Junk Mail already. No telltale mails in there. How long does it usually take receiving this mail from telltale?

Also my PayPal account does not show any billings from Telltale yet. Should I just try purchasing the game again, or should I wait?

i would wait a bit longer. i could be that due to heavy traffic caused by the release it isnt working. but better wait than buy the game 2 times ;) altough you would make telltale happy :D

Still no email received. Is this supposed to take that long? I wanted to play this game today and decided to buy it, rather to play it tomorrow on my friends computer. I am very disappointed.

If you have the ordernumber you should be able to download the demo from the S&M page and then activate the full game I think.

I did not look at the order number (I relied on the email to be received). I still did not receive the email now (2 days later). My PayPal account does not show any transactions.

Great Telltale, you just lost one customer. I do not feel like I want to play this game anymore. Several days earlier I could not wait playing the game.

I'm sorry, I didn't see your post since it was in the Sam & Max forum. The past few days I've spent every waking minute answer support emails and reading the support forum (Jake just noticed your post and moved it here), so this fell through the cracks.

I'm going to look up your order and send you a PM with more info shortly.
