Help with THE PENAL ZONE!

Ok so I am at the part where you give harry the mole man the vacation ticket, and when I talk to him, I dont get the "lottery" option, so he won't except the ticket....Is there something I missed doing? Please Help!!! :(

Firstly - this should probably go in the hints section, ok?
And u just need to select the ticket from items and then choose Harry.

Oh my bad....and you can't do that, because harry says he needs to give somthing to you in return, which is the lottery ticket...but I don't get that option...

He drops it anyway when he leaves for Skunkape's ship.

hmmm...ya but thats how u get harry to go to the ship...He just stays there if you don't give him the ticket.

Oh, you might need to go to Stinky's Diner and use future vision on Grandpa Stinky and his radio first.
