activation problem

i send pm and email to telltale games and no awnser i spend 40USD buying the full game of sam and max and what i got ? only the episode 1. when i try to activate the episode 2 that say i can't or i need to buy the game. Actually i'm getting "bored" about buying a season complet for having this kind of problem.
and will be glad to have an awnser. I know when there is a release of a game you get many job to do but put you in my place , its hard to see you bought a game that you can't play :)
