Help getting Bone

I've paid for the game and got the confirmation however I can't do step 2.

I've logged into http://www.findmyorder.com. but I can't do this part:

Step 2: Right click on the "Begin HTTP Download" button

There is no Download button what so ever... how do I get it?

In few words, the simplest way to activate the game is to click on the red words in the upper left corner of the start window (where it's written purchase, play demo etc...) and to insert your purchase code (ckeck your email box or the invoice you got) and the pass you first entered (during purchase).
I hope I was clear (more than that ambiguous (ridiculous) procedure.

Now I have a question for you (!!!): what do you get in My Telltale -> My purchase in TTG site? Did you pay with PayPal? If so your PayPal email address was equal to your TellTaleGames email address?
