Cant order the tomi free dvd?

I have a feeling im going to get abused for asking this..... but how do i order the free DVD????

I havent received any dvd yet.... and i cant remember if i ordered it or not (was ages ago)

When i click the link on the original telltale pre-order email it just re-directs me to the monkey island page http://www.telltalegames.com/monkeyisland
which has no pre-order info

Where can i see if i have ordered it or not? ie status?
If i havent pre-ordered the free dvd where do i do this?

(ps i did a search for this topic and couldnt find anything - so i dont want to hear any smug nerds complaining that this has already been covered)

Well if you don't know if you've ordered it, you probably haven't, but you can check on the My Games (http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale) page. Underneath the games there is a section labeled 'Stuff You've Bought'. It should be listed as the Collectors' DVD or something similar.
If you haven't bought it, you can order it on this page (http://www.telltalegames.com/store/tomi-season-standard-dvd).

Also, don't be afraid to get flamed or anything, because generally, we're all nice people.
