Must I buy it twice?

I have already bought the Sam and Max collection from the store and I loved it. And now I'm wanting to download seasons 1 and 2 onto my Xbox 360. Do I have to buy the seasons on Xbox Live, or is there a way to unlock them for download, as I have already paid for them?

There is no way to "activate" them on XBL.

Yes, you must buy them twice, because TelltaleGames.com and Xbox Live are two mutually exclusive distribution systems run by two different companies.
