Another question I got, how do you get Mr. Featherly to lay the egg? I have Superball to turn around yet he doesn't lay the egg.

There is 3 groupings who need to turn around:
1) COPs Talk about viruses to get them to shut down for 30 - 60 seconds
2) Momma & Paiperwaite Talk about dimensional destabliser, they are distracted for 15 seconds
3) Superball Distract him and he turns around for 5 seconds

If you do it all correctly as soon as superball looks away you get the egg.

I'm guessing that if you do them in the wrong order the whole thing resets? Seeing as the COPS' reboot time is 30sec and Norrington/Papierwaite mention something about "15 seconds"...

Haven't had the COPS reboot without exiting and re-entering the area though.

You have to do them in the correct order. COPS shut down for 20-30 seconds, which is the longest, so you do them first. The dimensional stabiliser takes a while, do that second. Superball only turns around for a couple of seconds, so he needs to be done last.
